Starting off initially as a rumor and now very much real thanks to
Michael Bay, it appears that rapper/ singer/ dancer/ and movie star
Mark "Marky Mark" Wahlberg is going to join forces with
Optimus Prime and his
Autobots in the fourth
Transformers film!

The story began life as a rumor when Wahlberg, who's set to star in Bay's "
Pain and Gain" action flick with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, was linked to the next TF flick through persisting rumors in the net. This was quickly debunked of course, but after word reached Michael Bay himself, the "
Bad Boys" and "
Armageddon" director quickly re-teamed with "Marky Mark" for his next film dance with the Robots in Disguise. Only time will tell for sure what role the Academy Award nominated and "Max Payne" actor will play. For more on the story, visit the source post at
