Movie Review: Ralph's Going to Wreck-It!

11.02.2012 – The video game community has grown by leaps and bounds which would eventually anticipate the showing of Wreck-It Ralph. In North America the animated film is about to be shown over the weekend due to its promotional push with its trailers and merchandise tie-up.



There was even planned IOS games based on Fix-It Felix Jr., Hero Duty and Sugar Rush. The animated film has been a talked about since the first trailer appeared in cinemas from months back. The idea behind it looks authentically real as aged to look like the 1982 game at Litwak’s Arcade.

True enough seeing the animated film would totally look convincing like an actual game but it’s entirely fictional. It draws some inspiration from Toy Story and Who Framed Roger Rabbit in terms of the characters that would appear on Wreck-It Ralph. It was a love letter to video gamers out there who has grown up playing these iconic characters.

The good writing of the story is enough to entertain you and add the license characters in the animated film that surrounded the main star in Wreck-It Ralph you have something fresh to see from the same formula that was used previous animated film that inspired this latest Disney Classic Feature.



Visually colorful, mind boggling, and new perspective brings Wreck-It Ralph something everyone would appreciate. Parents and kids would truly appreciate the animated film that can identify each of the characters from various games that appears in Wreck-It Ralph with or without speaking lines. The voice actors led by John C. Reilly, Jane Lynch, Sarah Silverman and Jack McBrayer certainly makes the characters live up to their own identities in a very authentic way behaving out of their normal personalities.



It’s one of the best animated feature films this year which could possibly top the box office and there are clear signs that it might get a sequel. Wreck-It Ralph is not only made for video game fans but anyone who appreciates watching animated feature films from Disney.



Overall Wreck-It Ralph is worth seeing this Walt Disney Animates Classic which tells you to break the stereotypes that a bad guy in video games can be a hero too outside of their normal world. It translates to the reality that you can never be just an ordinary police officer, Janitor or a mailman in particular. It may not change everyone’s perspective but it teaches everyone to never stop dreaming big.
