| 05.03.2014 – For those who want to avoid the huge crowd at The Fort BGC there are other comic shops that will participate in this year’s Free Comic Book Day. Its great timing also that they are also celebrating 35 years as a store that was established in 1979.
If you’re familiar with Filbar’s its THAT comic shop who will be celebrating FCBD after being reintroduced with new management sometime in July 2013. This is also their first time to participate to be part of FCBD 2014. Last night preparations have been underway to get ready and welcome new customers at the door. |
There are other comic shops who will be participating this year Filbar’s has their own promotional event for Free Comic Book Day and aside from getting FREE comics. They will also have some surprises and here are the numbers you should take note…

Filbar’s is celebrating Thirty Five years. The first 35 people in line gets to take home the hard cover edition of this book for FREE and all you need is make minimum purchase of PhP 1.00 peso to take it home.

SIX Filipino Artists
Harvey Tolibao, Jovenal Medoza, Dong Beniga Jr., Mark Espiritu, Norvien Basio, and Dan Borgonos will be sketching and signing the Filbar’s exclusive Sketchbook for this year and the artists will be there every hour from 10AM to 4PM.
