| 09.20.2013 – STGCC 2013 has a lot of new stuff coming out despite the obvious theme for this year is more into promoting “Iron Man 3” with Action City & Hot Toys teaming up to bring the Hall of Armors while Play Imaginative having their own armor area.
But there’s more to seeing all forty two versions of the Iron Man armor there are also other unrelated like the 501st Singapore’s interesting “Easter egg” laced diorama where you can spot some unusual things in the “Battle of Endor.” But there’s more to be excited what else to see the “Biggest Pop Culture Event in Asia!” |
Play Imaginative not only expanded the Super Alloy Series with additional DC Comics characters featuring the New 52 Justice League based from Jim Lee’s artwork that first introduced Batman in STGCC 2012 as well as their other products.
The company who originally organized STGCC in 2008 and 2009 now shifts its focus to bringing the coolest vinyl collectible toys. This features some more variety of blind packs and DIY vinyl figures for you to enjoy the collecting experience.
Play Imaginative continues with their SpongeBob SquarePants series of Mini Figure World for you to customize with their “Design Yourself Edition” Wave 1 that doesn’t have color for you to add your personal touch. They also preview the upcoming Julius Vinyl Art Figures Wave 2. They also expand their line of Trexi series with the second wave of Naughty and Nice Editions of Happy Tree Friends.
