There’s not much needed to say who Apocalypse is having a level of power that compared to Thanos or even DC comics’ Darkseid this despot is ready to rule in the X-Men live action film that was teased in previous trailers. |
The character debuted in the pages of X-Factor (issue #4 cover dated May 1986) featuring the five original members of the X-Men (Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Iceman, and Archangel) created by Louise Simonson and Jackson Guice. The character evolved throughout his appearance in the comicbooks and as the creators behind this character Apocalypse is a true heavyweight that gave X-Factor the challenge way more powerful than Magneto himself.
20th Century Fox is putting the character into the spotlight in promoting the upcoming film and they’ve even produced a viral video that sort of mock documentary shown in the 1980s a la Ancient Aliens revealing his origins that you can watch below:
“X-Men: Apocalypse” rears its head in Philippine cinemas nationwide on May 18, 2016 from 20th Century Fox distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures!
