Deadpool Tops PH Weekend at PhP 145 Million!

02.17.2016 – “Deadpool” has fulfilled what fans have been highly expecting from its film and even before it became a certified Rated-R blockbuster hit there’s already a sequel green-lit in the making that it was also revealed in the post credit scene. This is the first R-Rated film breaking records no comicbook film has ever done and Ryan Reynolds may have found a role he will be portraying in a long time. Certainly Deadpool is already celebrating even most fans have seen the film itself. Now Wade Wilson is taking the world by storm and earning a lot of chimichungas to last him a year supply thanks in part to the success of the film. The hyper-hero “Deadpool,” the latest Marvel superhero everyone’s talking about and can’t get enough of has landed number one at the Phils.’ box-office with an impressive haul of P 145 million on its first five days of release (opened Feb. 10).
