ELBIKON | An Event You Never Heard

02.17.2020 – There have been so many Komiks-related events within Metro Manila beside Komikon and outside that is related to arts & crafts particularly those merchandise that has something to do with stickers. Art prints, and handmade creations that passionate individuals churn out not only to make a living but to inspire. But when you talk about these local fests or mini conventions some of them have a very short life span. They only last two to three years even in regional areas although there’s one that always held yearly that nobody notices and they could be the best kept event outside of Metro Manila now on its seventh year and it is ELBIKON!

Komiket 2019 | Wild Festival of Fun

10.14.2019 – When you talk about local comicons there’s that thought of grand festivities that featured famous personalities based from films or known artists that break the mold of the usual proverbial status quo. And then there are local cons that promote the grassroots that fuel original creativity. But there is also an event call Komiket that has been around for the last five years not only promote Filipino Komiks, but drives the creativity beyond that with other things like pins, stickers, key chains, and prints to name of the stuff you see in this event that has become the backbone of what makes it popular with the youth.
