| 04.24.2016 – Doctor Who finally announced its newest companion “Bill” portrayed by Pearl Mackie in a trailer clip that was revealed earlier today. The new cast member will be joining Peter Capaldi as the Doctor is excited meet her first Dalek.
Capaldi has nothing but great admiration and respect to his new co-star. Introducing “Bill” makes Mackie’s character show how wickedly cool, sharp a little bit vulnerable with a bit of geekiness thrown in an interesting character. |
Doctor Who entering its tenth series brings a new companion to compliment the Gallifrey native. “Bill” becomes the latest companion following Clara Oswald’s (Jenna Coleman) exit in the ninth series.
The teaser trailer certainly gives you an idea how innocent Bill to encountering her first Dalek and having such witty lines that makes a good compliment to the very serious Doctor (Peter Capaldi) in this clip below:
Doctor Who tenth series won’t be released until early 2017 which will be preceded with a Christmas Special in 2016!
