| 04.25.2016 – Ferdie Montemayor’s “GLOBO” is his first solo show with Secret Fresh that will also feature his limited edition and exclusive art toy. This was also part of the exhibit that has Montemayor’s new art works.
The concept and style that incorporates into his work is from territory, structures and boundaries of a living community in their different scales and configurations. These limited GLOBO art toys is Montemayor’s first. |
In the realm of his perspective each GLOBO represent a community, or an individual, and sometimes an object like a bicycle or a tree. These are part of his perspective at the same time elements that makes him stand out in a very talented driven art scene.
It’s impressive and gives those who have first seen his work a different perspective that challenges the ones who are curious. His works are unique that you’ll find it more to stare for long hours and wonder how he does it. There have been thirteen GLOBO art toys in black red and white that you’ll see in the gallery.
