| Rarely there’s something to look out for whenever you’re out and about, but sometimes it comes unexpected that retail stores would go all out for their weekend store sale like Ollie & Co in Glorietta Mall, which had their last one before the local locked down late last month.
But just in case you’re hunting for toys for your kids or some interesting collectibles they might have something for you. This weekend is special sale for Ollie & Co beginning today 29 April up to this Sunday, 2 May 2021. Interesting brands are up for 20% Off from diecast cars to action figures, and other well known brands are up for some cool discounts this store! |
Ollie & Co also carries baby products from baby-carriage or pram to the in-demand car seats, that is been one of their hot properties that can be found also in their other branches. But Ollie & Co Glorietta is the only store having a special 20% off sale this weekend that was announced earlier today. Beside the special markdowns they still have those Shopkins Toys by Moose that are still on clearance for those who still have missing characters in their collections from the previous series.
If you walked-in now the store is packed with random items that you might not see on general retail that you may only find in this branch and it’s good timing also that they are on a weekend marked down for most of their stuff that are still on a regular price point.
Random Goodness for 20% Off
Jurassic World, DC Superheroes, Barbie, and more are on sale and if the images don’t convince you then you can also see those posted on their Facebook Page. They rarely have some of them on sale like the DC Superheroes produced by Spin Masters that most of the characters they have are no longer available in other retail stores.
This also includes Jurassic World by Mattel, which still have some of the interesting dinosaurs. Also on the list are Ben 10 and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by Playmates toys. Barbie on the other hand have new sets of dolls and sub-range of accessories for them that are also included for this weekend’s sale.
Hot Wheels | Buy Two Take One
While Matchbox and Disney Pixar Cars are on a 20% Off, the case for Hot Wheels is different as they have “Buy 2 Get 1” offer for 2021 and year below assortment that you might want to take advantage on this sale as some of the cars that they currently have are hot items that you’ll never find in other stores.
The premium cars, the 3-pack, and 5-pack cars are also included in the 20% off only for this weekend to wrap up the month for April will surely give you options and a diverse collection of diecast cars to dig up in their current stock that you might want to check when you’re nearby the Makati City area.
MOTU Origins | Not Included
Though everything is good news, the only brand from Mattel that isn’t on a 20% off marked down is the ultra-sought after hot item on their store, namely the Masters of the Universe Origins, which also included in a ‘Not Sale’ list is the Enternian Minis collection since they are always sold out or even not available at their other stores.
MOTU Origins is slowly being stocked at Ollie & Co Glorietta, even though they’re not consistently available or as announced that they have it in store or retail-wide due to strong demand that Richwell, the parent company (for this store) and the Philippine retail distributor for the Mattel brand that produced these sought after action figures.
Despite a huge local community that most of those grew up with the original MOTU toyline the toys at the store are not included as part of the weekend sale. But you can still find some of the characters not available in their other branches that are probably exclusive to this store.
