This time around CW has your complete attention as they reveal Grant Gustin as The Flash in full costume, that will certainly a discussion among fans, who followed the original comic book published by DC Comics.

The Flash costume was designed by three time Academy Award winner in Colleen Atwood who won the award for costume design for Alice in Wonderland, Memoirs of a Geisha and Chicago. Atwood also designed Stephen Amell’s costume for the Arrow, the hit series for CW that’s getting a lot of buzz as it nears season finale.

Currently the Flash pilot episode is on production and will have a potential spot on The CW’s 2014-2015 line up. David Nutter, the director and executive producer of The CW's Flash pilot, said: "I hope the fans who treasure the character are as excited as we are by what costume designer Colleen Atwood has achieved with this latest version of The Flash's iconic suit."

For those who haven’t followed in The CW’s Arrow it’s where Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen first appeared in the two-part midseason finale. This was originally a backdoor pilot, but producers decided to put together a full episode, which is currently being filmed.

The Flash round up the cast which also stars Candice Patton (Iris Allen), Rick Cosnett (Eddie Thawne), Danielle Panabaker (Caitlin Snow), Carlos Valdes (Cisco Ramon), Tom Cavanagh (Harrison Wells), and Jesse L. Martin (Detective West). Guest actors in the pilot who would have recurring roles if the show moves forward include Patrick Sabongui as David Singh, Michelle Harrison as Nora Allen and John Wesley Shipp, the star of the 1990 The Flash TV series, in a mystery role.

Arrow's Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and director Nutter are executive producers on the spinoff. Berlanti, Kreisberg and DC Entertainment's Geoff Johns wrote the pilot script, with Nutter directing. Melissa Kellner Berman serves as co-executive producer.
