The Maze Runner Paced PH Box Office with P62.4M!

09.24.2014 – If you’ve read the best selling novel of the Maze Runner then you must have been thrilled to see it more than once. The good news s the film is relatively a hit with the Philippine audience that really score some suspense in the box office. This earns “The Maze Runner” that landed top spot at the Philippine Box-Office with an outstanding P62.4 million on its first five days of release (opened Sept. 17) outrunning all other films that simultaneously opened that week. The movie clinched its place as the 3rd Biggest Opening Weekend for a Fox film this year (“X-Men: Days of Future Past” being the 1st) and is now the 4th Biggest Opening Weekend for a Fox film all-time (again succeeding “X-Men: Days of Future Past”) so far.

08.04.2014 – James Dashner’s The Maze Runner is being adapted into a live action film of the same name. This thrilling upcoming science fiction film might be the first in the trilogy of books, which does not include Kill Order and if you've been in cinemas you might have seen the teaser trailer. Previously 20th Century Fox revealed some posters featuring the characters from the film. This features cast of up and coming talents in the industry. 08.20.2013 – The Maze Runner a trilogy based on the novel by James Dashner with science fiction elements. This does not include the prequel The Kill Order which makes it four books in total that has been picked up by 20th Century Fox to be shopped as major motion picture.
