Marvel's The Avengers Special Block Screening By 99.5RT!

04.26.2012 – Last night was 99.5RT’s block screening of Marvel’s The Avengers which was at Robinsons Movie World Cinema 2 at The Galleria. Even before the special screening of the Best Music on the Planet the cinema lobby was packed. The cinemas in Manila have been getting huge numbers of people standing in line to see Marvel Studios box office film of 2012. The insurmountable turn out of this film has changed the landscape of superheroes depicted in the big screen. Marvel has defined their way of bringing their characters to life.

The event is sponsored by Petron who gave away the tumblers. This features four of the main Avengers, which they also have a promo when you gas up for PhP 1,000.00 pesos worth of fuel you’ll be able to avail these collectibles for PhP 60.00 pesos each. This event also has ties up with Globe, Double Mint, Mitsubishi, and special thanks to Walt Disney Studious which is distributed by Columbia Pictures Philippines.

Prior to the start of the screening the small program was hosted by Sam Oh and Gibb of Disturbing the Peace on 99.5 RT weekdays from 6 to 9AM and with Joey also from The Best Music on the Planet.

Marvel’s The Avengers is now showing in cinemas nationwide from Walt Disney Pictures to be distributed by Columbia Pictures Philippines. Not to forget special acknowledgements to Robinsons Galleria’s Movie World where they hosted the venue of the film.
