12.13.2012 – Last night was the Press Media screening of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey directed by Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings Trilogy) and the Philippine Tolkien Society was present to help promote the special viewing of the film.
The event was held at the IMAX Theater in SM Mall of Asia where celebrities and personalities was exclusively invited to see the world of Middle-Earth that Tolkien has created. The anticipated film was screening in HFR 3D (High Frame Rate). |
There are several local and international personalities who graced the film like the representatives of New Zeland Air, the two-thirds of the Hi-5, and Youtube adventurer Borgart: The Explorer from Davao City witnessed to see Bilbo Baggins and the cast of the 13 Dwarves who marched on to a quest far and wide through the world of Middle-Earth.
Prior to the special screening by Warner Bros. Picture they have already had special screenings the day before (Tuesday) for Monster Radio RX93.1 FM. The movie is two hours and 45 minutes long but never a dull moment for you to see this!
