| 10.23.2013 – Trese Night Gallery is the first ever exhibit and solo show for Kajo Baldisimo. The artist behind the detailed art of the successful comic book series which was co-created by Budjette Tan. The exhibit had a soft opening starting on November 22, 2013.
This event will also release the collected edition of the first three volumes of Trese divided in thirteen chapters to be launched on November 26, 2013 which is this Saturday that fall into Halloween ComicFest. |
Both creators will be present during the day and then will head out to the launch of the book at Crucible Gallery. The exhibit will run for two weeks but the official launch along with the collected edition of Trese will be launch on the above mentioned date.
Kajo Baldisimo released thirteen limited edition art prints which depicted in the thirteen chapters of the series. This also includes the artworks which were featured in “Trese: Stories from the Diabolical” that was recently launched at Aklatan: The First All-Filipino Book Festival.
