| 04.26.2015 – Free Comic Book Day in just few short days and you must be excited now that you know where the locations and stores who will be participating this year. Comic Odyssey & Fully Booked will be one of the stores and they are getting ready.
Earlier today during the Convergence #3 comic book signing featuring Filipino talents Stephen Segovia & Jason Paz the store also already have an on-hand copy of the FCBD titles that will be giving away and these two books are from DC and Marvel! |
The two titles included in this year’s Free Comic Book Day are Marvel’s Secret Wars #0 and DC Comics’ Divergence #1. They have been teased before earlier this year, but it’s something different when you see them up close.

Divergence #1
A few weeks earlier this month images of who was the ‘New’ Batman was teased during this issue. This reveals that the mysterious ‘Batman’ in the robot suit of armour is none other than Commissioner Gordon.
The moustache-less Gotham Police’s finest has been masquerading as the ‘New” Batman and it surprisingly one of the most interesting titles to be released in this year’s FCBD and you’ll definitely snatch it up!

Secret Wars #0
This issue teases the end of Earth-616 and also the Ultimates universe by the looks of it the artwork is great and there’s a splash page that feature most of the familiar inhabitants of the Marvel Universe.
You’ll be surprised that this is also a flip book with another story featuring the Avengers and Japan’s popular anime series Attack on Titan, which will also have its own FCBD that will also be given away.
This was also teased online a few months back for the fans of this anime will surely get this one immediately since it features not only Marvel’s premiere super hero team. But this also have Hajume Isayama’s Manga hit in Attack on Titan taking on popular heroes from Marvel as the flip book after the teaser in Secret Wars #0.
