Playmobil Events | Activities, Guides & Mascots
With that the usual weekend in-store activity gets expanded to a full month. Of course there’s a given set-up for the event is the Playmobil displays featuring some of the major themes that is now available for the country like the History sets that have Cleopatra and the Romans as well as themes for girls.
Not to forget what the brand is promoting this month namely the Playmobil: The Movie, which is now playing in cinemas beginning 6 September 2019 distributed by Viewers Choice. The store event also features play areas for children however that does not mean the ‘Free Play’ sections does not have rules and to be fair to everyone even though there are no signage to follow surely responsible parents should already know the do’s and don’ts about the activity area.
Play Area Rules
There’s a table that features the Fire Rescue vehicles and Children are allowed to play with them, but that doesn’t mean your child or children needs to take over the area. This section was built to have children socialize with other kids to meet them as one of the key points of why Playmobil was made not only to have kids inspire to imagine, but also to socialize with others and respect them.
Parents are to be responsible for their children during the use of the “Play Area” that they have only allowed to use this are for thirty minutes or can share with another child playing with the other cars. Adults should supervise in this section not just parents and the staff is only there to assist not to be one responsible for the children. Parents should be the one keeping an eye on their kids not the staff.
Build-A-PlaymoFig
This section is only allowed to kids not adults and each child is only allowed to build ONE PLAYMOBIL FIGURE FOR FREE. The parents are responsible for their child in putting together their Playmobil Figure and are only allowed ONE TOY and you can’t come back several hours to build another one that is bordering abuse.
Please do learn to know your child’s limits that it is FREE, but you or your child should NOT ABUSE this type of promo and complain about it because you not entitled to demand it is already given to your child and learn to know the limits of the word ‘FREE’ with common sense.
Mascot Meet & Greet
The Mascots are scheduled to appear at the event this weekend 21-22 September 2019, and the staffs are not responsible for children not behaving properly. It is the parent’s responsibility to control their child’s antics and they (the staff) are not to blame for their actions as they are there to assist the mascots.
There will be a schedule of appearances it is better to inquire the day before or at the Toy Kingdom customer service the time of availability for that photo opportunity. Please be courteous to others who are next in line before or after you. They are on a time limit as wearing that costume is not the most pleasing place to be respect their available time and do not abuse taking so much of the their available minutes.
Buy One Get One Promo
For every Playmobil mystery figure or set you’re entitled to take home ONE FREE Exclusive Playmobil Figure that is not sold or available on retail. These figures are given away during in-store event, and not sold as stated by Playmobil.
You can inquire with the assigned staff what Free Figures available in their stock that is given away for every purchase. The promo is only available during in-store events that are announced through the Playmo PH Facebook page.
Community Opportunity
These Playmobil in-store event purpose is not just to sell the products for consumers it is an opportunity for the community to meet-up in one of the weekends to get to know each and every one behind the avatar. It is also a way to build relationships not just collections and that is always about the interest in the hobby.
For those who collect the mystery figures from the current series and from the Playmobil: The Movie that has doubles this is also an opportunity to organize swap meets that can help each other’s collection not just setting up event display in the event and meet there this is one of the best reasons to meet with fellow Playmo Fans.
Lastly, these events are held to help promote the brand to the country. The brand has been around but there never was a community that supports it. This event is not ‘for collectors only’ but also to introduce Playmobil to parents and children not to be limited by just community groups as that is how it should be.
The Playmobil Event is not only being held at Toy Kingdom in SM Makati, but it is also being held at the Evia Lifestyle Center in Vista Alabang, Las Pinas City. For more about upcoming promotions and events follow Playmo PH on Facebook!
