STGCC 2013: Komikon Team brings Dexter Soy!

08.14.2013 – The Singapore Toys Games and Comic Convention (STGCC) is just a few weeks away and they have announced their guests who will be gracing this year’s event. If last year’s Philippine invasion of artists was big expect a new group to make it to represent the country.



The organizers of Komikon returns this year though not the complete roster but they will bring along fast rising artists in Dexter Soy and this time they will be situated at the Artist Alley along with Callous Comics creator Dr. Carlo San Juan who was one of the guests at the recently concluded Indieket 2013.

The former intern at Marvel Comics will be traveling for the first time in Asia and he will be one of the highlighted guests to grace this year’s Singapore Toys Games and Comic Convention (STGCC). This will be his first appearance at Asia’s pop culture event!

Reed Exhibitions Acquires Singapore Toy, Games & Comic Convention!

04.13.2010 - Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading organizer of trade and consumer events, has today announced that it has acquired the Singapore Toy, Games & Comic Convention (STGCC) from local toy designer and manufacturer Play Imaginative (PI). STGCC was launched in 2008 and operated by local event planner PI Events, a subsidiary of PI. STGCC doubled in size at its second showing in 2009 and went from a 2-day event to a 3-day event, including a full day of conference sessions. The last STGCC took place in August, 2009. The next STGCC will take place from December 10-12, 2010 at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre (www.suntecsingapore.com)...
