06.05.2012 – The art jousting is a contact sport that first emerged in the high middle ages. It was originally based on military used of the lance in heavy Calvary. It became a sport in the late middle ages and it became popular with the nobility in both England and Germany throughout the 16th century. Jousting is a martial game between two horsemen and using lances as a tournament.
