| 05.25.2012 – It’s the time once again to show support and appreciation to our home grown talent in the Philippines. Before the school season begins Summer Komikon 2012 is just one day to show appreciation to our local talents.
Originally an annual event that began in 2005 happening every last quarter of the year has spin-off and in its fourth year promoting the Filipino Komiks community. |
Just like the longest running Komiks Convention Summer Komikon boasts featured talents from the indie scene as well as celebrated established artists with the release of their latest comic books.
This year they have a line-up of upcoming titles from Kikomachine 8 by Manix Abrera, Zsazsa Zaturnnah sa Kalakhang Maynila by Carlo Vergara, Abakada by Lyndon Gregorio, Angel Crush by Studio Studio, Lam-ang Experiment by CREAM and Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles by the same movie to be released in October by Reality Entertainment.
