It’s part of Akashic Books an award winning series of original noir anthologies comprised of all-new stories set in the Philippine’s capital city. It is edited by Fil-American fictionist and the 2011 Asian American Writer’s Workshop Lifetime Achievement Awardee in Jessica Hagedorn.
The book launch happens this weekend at the Glorietta 1 Activity Center. Earlier Budjette Tan has shared a glimpse of Trese appearing in Manila Noir.
The proud co-creator of the supernatural adventurer is excited and inviting you to drop by this Saturday to meet the writers as well as Budjette and Kajo Baldisimo as well as Ms. Jessica Hagedorn herself who will be signing books during the launch.
