There where almost a hundred local comic book artists led by Gerry Alanguilan and Whilce Portacio, who came during the height of the event signing autographs and doing some sketches.

Whilce also introduced his new line of shirts in collaboration with Team Manila. Established comic book artists seen in the event are Ed Tadeo, Miko Suawayn, Jay Anacleto, Stephen Segovia, Carlo Pagulayan and Harvel Tolibao who came in the later part of the event coming from having spent time meeting fans at Filbar’s and Planet X Comics. The local talents also have Budjette Tan, Kajo Baldisimo, Carlo San Juan, Elbert Or, Carljoe Javier, Adam David, Rob Cham, Freely Abrigo, Jon Zamar, JP Palabon, Aaron Felisimo, Rian Gonzales, Michael David, Elmer Damaso, Josel Nicholas, Ariel Atienza, Lyndon Gregorio, and many more.

Late in the afternoon cosplayers came and was mostly at the ground level of the store. While those who came early who are not there to dress up stood in line to get their free comics and interacted with the artists.

Comic Odyssey was located at the fourth level of Fully Booked was packed decorated with FCBD balloons of white and blue. Parents and kids enjoyed picking up the discounted graphic novels at Fully Booked, while some dig up some back issues at the bin inside Comic Odyssey.
