Iloilo Comic Con 2014: Sights & Festive Highlights!

06.01.2014 – Iloilo Comic Con returned successfully in summer 2014. The two-day event cap off an impressive line up of activities from band performances to featuring local artist on spotlight having Carlo Pagulayan, Tepai Pascual, Paulo Herras, Manix Abrera, Gio Paredes and Jon Zamar with Mel Casipit.

This event is also fully supported by the Philippine tourism, event partners, and major sponsors. It’s the liveliest event before the end of summer...

ICCON (Iloilo Comic Con) was celebrated more than ever for the second time around this time held during summer as compared to the very first one held in December 2012. It help also put Iloilo in the map as one of the unique comic conventions held in the province as most events are held at the heart of Metro Manila.

The brightest spot to happen down south if you plan to travel the next time ICCON happens in Iloilo City.

If you missed the event or have not been to ICCON these are the happiest images you’ll see featuring Manix Abrera singing the karaoke to a happy new reader who just purchased JP Palabon’s Puso Negro series.

Definitely the event is another success to the coolest comic convention down south and you can see how festive the event turned out:

Iloilo Comic Con was held last May 30 to 31, 2014 at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park, Central Philippine University, Jaro, Iloilo City. For more future updates and post event coverage LIKE Iloilo Comic Con on Facebook and follow on Twitter: @iloilocomiccon
