Happy Meal Spotlight | Dragon & Snort

09.29.2018 – There’s a new set of Happy Meal toys for the Philippines and it appears to be another interesting set for boys and girls.

Though most of the McDonald’s stores all over the world follow a format its unfortunate the Asian region has been limited.

It’s interesting to find out that some of the toys that came out from another country like in Australia last year is released in the Philippines with a refreshing perspective such as the Beanie Boos and Monster Jam, which has been quite an interesting set.

Usually, a deep dive of review for both complete sets will be interesting. This time around taking a closer look as some of the most interesting pair of toys for both boys and girls, which might be more than popular than the entire set? Well for the non-complete collector who just need the ones that are strikingly interesting.

Beanie Boos and Monster Jam comes with four of each set, but sometimes you don’t need to get them all. The interesting ones certainly are the ones that can catch your attention and these two featured toys will give you an idea why they’re the best in the bunch that probably you’ll ever need to get.

Behold the Dragon

The Monster Jam trucks has been released previously in another country with the North American set to collect is eight, but some of those trucks don’t look too appealing as what you think. The Dragon however is one of the four trucks that make it to the Philippine release for Happy Meal.

Like all of the toys released by McDonald’s for Happy Meal all of them are entirely made of plastic and to make it fun and interesting for the kids they need to apply the stickers because it helps parents bond with their children. It would be cool with the sticker’s where pre-applied, but where’ the fun in that?

All four trucks have a pullback gimmick and having the same chassis the only difference about the four trucks are the top casting and colour of the rims. The Dragon stands out among the four because of its shape. A monster truck definitely but the contours and design make it look like a 1950s American car with big tires and don’t forget the orange horns with applied stickers it also adds personality why this one is definitely a favourite.

Snort for what is Worth

Snort is one of the four Beanie Boos released for the Philippines by McDonald’s for Happy Meal and for trivial information this character along with Tusk and Frostiness where released in selected countries mainly in North America as Peanut was available in Australia. So this makes the three above mentioned characters an exclusive that becomes available for the Asian region.

What’s interesting about the Beanie Boos is their signature tag that describes each character and their date of birth. Snort is definitely an attention grabber being the red bull with a cuddly personality. The soft toy has a tag describing his personality and birthday that was never released when Australia have the Beanie Boos.
