Playmobil Series 14 | Ninja Girl
Not everyone is after completing the entire set and some just cherry pick the best standouts in the mystery bags Playmobil has to offer. With Series 14 the blind bags for girls has only a few favorites that really stood out namely the Queen Bee.
But there are also those underrated characters that seemed to be passed up and then there’s the Ninja Girl that look pretty odd in the bunch that can be quite a find. The character doesn’t much have that look in comparison to the Queen Bee. But if you’re a fan of Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill Vol.1 or women that really kicks ass then you must like this Ninja Girl for something related to those films.
Armed for the Next Action
This Ninja Girl is pretty much common when you look at the product catalog due to the photo doesn’t give any justice to the actual Playmo Figure. But once you’ve seen it you’ll be surprise to know how well she looked with those katana blades and that melee weapon that appears to be an oversize nunchuks.
When you open the bag several parts to take notice is the weapons. The nunchuks are well-detailed with those golden chain and the two katana blades. The figure itself looks modern comparing it to the Playmo Friends’ Samurai Girl in red.
The black jumpsuit with red stripes on both side of the figure is enough to convince you that you can say she’s the Asian version of The Bride from Kill Bill. Hopefully, Playmobil will produce a similar figure with a yellow jumpsuit and blond girl carrying a sword that was forged by Hattori Hanzo.
Unexpected Extra Parts
It is rare that mystery bags have extra parts when you put together a Playmo Figure. For the Ninja Girl you get an extra hairpiece and chest part. All you need if ever is the lower leg with connecting part for the arms and a head to make another figure.
Surprisingly rare for any Playmobil product to have one, but they could have taken this opportunity to include extra weapons instead as children who play with this figure usually get an accessory lost than the figure itself.
Overall Ninja Girl certainly stood out well with her oversize nunchuks and two golden katana blades. It might not be forged by Hattori Hanzo. But the details on this Playmo Figure are spot on to merit as one of the favorites for Series 14. You just need to trust your gut when feeling the nunchuks as the confirmation that you got her.
