Toy Sightings | Superman Movie by Spin Master

In a few days, Superman will be heading to the big screen once again. But this time, it’s an entirely ‘New’ movie which will reboot the live-action part of the DC Studios’ new slate of films, separate from the previous DCEU (DC Extended Universe). Some fans will welcome it, and some are still critical and skeptical will keep an eye on the development of the film’s general reaction. Of course, whenever there’s a new film from DC, expect the merchandise to follow. The action figures have been leaked and discussed for potential spoilers.

Toytown Glorietta | Playmobil Sale Extended

Toytown in Glorietta has already been putting Playmobil on clearance for most of the selected assortments dating back to the 2016 releases, and the most that has been on sale since late of September 2021 was the Playmobil Plus series of single boxed sets featuring Playmobil Figures depicted in various sets and themes. But the ones Toytown are lower with its price point, though these are for limited time, which was originally was on sale for the month of April 2022. Now, it seems the clearance sale has been extended not up to May. It was extended up to the end of June 2022 with the most that you’ll find are not available in most retails stores.

The Batman | Sightings at Ollie & Co Glorietta

In just a few days The Batman is heading to cinemas, but in case you’re unaware the merchandise and collectibles started appearing in retail space since the start of January 2022 with LEGO. Though things started to ramp up when the action figure toy line for the 4” inch has started being advertised in some parts of Asia. For the Philippines, The Batman toyline by Spin Masters has been teased through online selling sites like Lazada and Shopee from the start of February 2022, and slowly but surely they start to show up.

McFarlane Toys | DC Multiverse at Toy Town

McFarlane Toys continues to put out the best action figures with the DC Multiverse since they acquired the rights in 2019. The current releases continue to improve its design as well innovate from the previous iteration of characters that were produced by its former license holder not only with sculpts but the presentation and quality. The new wave featuring Dark Knights: Death Metal Build-a-Figure Darkfather, which appeared recently in the DC Comics mini-series. This wave assortment arrive this recent Wednesday along with two other figures (Gold Hellbat & Batman Beyond) that are not part of the assortment that was recently sighted Toy Town in Glorietta Mall.

Ollie & Co Sale News | Shopkins Old & New Series

Shopkins is a collectible based on grocery items and other objects that have emotional faces released in 2013 that continue to be released by Moose Toys. The current series of collectibles has now mini-dolls accompanied by the said grocery items and other objects with the current series now collaborating with actual brands. Local toy store Ollie & Co Glorietta branch in Makati City currently having the old Shopkins blind packs from the first and second series, which also included some from the seventh to ninth series at 50% off. 07.10.2019 – For those who never play videogames or only heard in passing Fortnite was a popular Online Videogame from Epic Games that spawned three different themes namely Save the World, Battle Royale, and Creative. It is so popular that it produced several merchandise behind it. Of course, the toys also follow where the popular game has become with the usual character you use in the game itself.
