Graham Norton Show: Battle of the Action Figures!

10.01.2012 – Graham Norton Show is popular in the UK and North America with his humor and some geeky related topics that feature some of the popular actors and personalities from movies and television and early this year one episode would definitely caught your attention.



The show might not be shown in the Philippines or in selected parts of Asia but surely a segment gets syndicated via You Tube. The Philippines very own comic book artist Gerry Alanguilan was a subject matter for one particular segment with his “Hey Baby!” viral popularity.

This does not come unique for the show as previous episode had actor Ewan McGregor remembering his role as the young Obi-wan Kenobi in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy playing with the lightsaber prop which he never lost his touch in wielding the famous Jedi weapon.

This time around we see Graham pitting Liam Neeson and Patrick Stewart’s action figure in front of the actors in this particular segment. It might be old news but definitely interesting to watch their real life counterparts reaction.



Of course it would help promote Liam Neeson’s upcoming film in Taken 2 which opens in the Philippines on October 4, 2012 from 20th Century Fox to be distributed in the country by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Surely you’ll know already that this competition between two action figures from Star Wars and Star Trek is not fair being that George Lucas’ space drama has more action than a Ferengi’s dream to becoming rich with latinum.
