Art Exhibit Reveal: Sorry for the Inconvenience!

05.28.2014 – After his successful debut in ‘Nasty Hills’ to cap off 2013 with the launch of his first ever art toy in STGCC back in September. Anjo Bolarda returned for his second solo show entitled “Sorry for the inconvenience.” His second show kicked off a live art last month that featured his promotion for the much awaited exhibit featuring new works that deviate from his debut last year. This one certainly takes you to some of Anjo Bolarda’s favorite pop culture interest with a twist of his perspective art that defined his continued endeavors.

VoV Preview Night: Sorry For The Inconvenience!

05.27.2014 – Anjo Bolarda is back with his second solo show at Vinyl on Vinyl titled “Sorry for the Inconvenience”, which has been teased within the confines of The Collective these past weeks. Its Bolarda’s latest show since his debut last year that featured his art toy that was first seen during STGCC 2013, which also featured a different perspective in his art style. This year is something interesting that connects to popular culture at the same time has his signature work integrate to bring a fresh take on his works.

Art in the Park 2014: Vinyl on Vinyl!

03.24.2014 – Art in the Park is an annual event, where art galleries converge together with the artists from all mediums in this one day event. Vinyl on Vinyl has been part of this since the art gallery opened in February 2010. VoV has established itself as one of the art galleries that featured their own in-house artists like Anjo Bolarda, Gab Tiongson, Iyan De Jesus, and Danger Sanchez to name a few of the talents. They also had Jon Bugerman and Gary Baseman do a solo show too.

Vinyl on Vinyl: Anjo Bolarda's Nasty Hills!

09.10.2013 – Fresh from the successful launch of his "Soft & Nasty" plush doll at the recently concluded STGCC (Singapore Toy Game and Comic Convention) Anjo Bolarda gets a spotlight at the Vinyl on Vinyl art gallery for his first ever solo show featuring new works and some exclusive prints. The launch happened last Saturday at the VoV to friends, colleagues, and walk-in visitors who have heard of his works by word of mouth. Quite a festive night as new works where on exhibit and it will run for the next two weeks.

If you have been to the event last year and saw Vinyl on Vinyl then you won’t miss them this year situated at booth F56! For this year the urban lifestyle artists has the roster featuring Anjo Bolarda, Maf Shareen aka Wanton Doodle, Egg Fiasco, Sonny Liew, Gabriel Tiongson, Mashi, Quiccs, and Dark Bulb’s Nelz Yumul also of WeeWillDoodle!
