Kick Ass 2 Extended NSFW Trailer!

07.19.2013 – It may have taken this long but it’s already common knowledge that Kick Ass 2 is coming out this year. It’s hard to imagine ChloĆ« Grace Moretz who portrayed Hit Girl has grown up since last see slicing bad guys in the big screen.

This time around the film gets bigger & more complicated with a new cast led by Jim Carrey as Colonel Stars and Stripes. Teaser photos & trailers has surfaced online in the past months as Comic Con takes center stage this might get interesting.

SPOILER ALERT! Into Darkness Preview!

04.24.2013 – The anticipation in seeing Star Trek Into Darkness has been long overdue as Trek Fans would know that the last film was back in 2009. JJ Abrams has done wonderful with this franchise bringing up to speed with the mainstream audience.

The local distributor in the Philippines was given access by the producers of the film to give the press media a sneak preview.

This is not the 9 minutes that was shown a couple of months back while the film was still under wraps.

Sights & Highlights: Oblivion Press Media Screening!

04.08.2013 – Oblivion has a special press media screening which was held earlier at the IMAX Theater in the SM Mall of Asia. We got the opportunity to see the film a few days before the local screen date. The film definitely looks promising as it has Tom Cruise in a starring role and like any science fiction themed feature this looks something new to see.

Oblivion is actually based from an unpublished graphic novel by the same name that was actually to be made as a film.

Star Trek Into Darkness Featurette!

02.19.2013 – “Star Trek Into Darkness” is set to take the franchise to the next level as JJ Abrams takes the helm of this film once again amidst his previous announcement to be the next director for the new Star War film set in a few years from now.



There are a lot of revelations and rumors being talked about the villain behind this film. But let’s leave that for another day. What Paramount has recent revealed is behind the scenes production in making this film and of course anticipation is riding high on the next Star Trek film.

Bourne Legacy The Grand Asian Premiere!

08.07.2012 – Last Sunday was the Asian Grand Premiere of The Bourne Legacy at the Resorts World Manila’s Performing Arts Theater.

The red carpet featured local celebrities as well as the producer of the film himself Patrick Crowley accompanied by his wife who made a speech in front of a huge crowd.

Mr. Tieng also spoke how proudly Solar UIP is bringing this film ahead of its US screen date which such enthusiasm.

Dr. Seuss' The Lorax Press Media Screening Coverage!

03.11.2012 – Fresh from Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax the event was greeted by kids and parents at the IMAX Theater in SM North Edsa.

The venue was decked with photo booths and mini exhibits featuring environmental friendly artwork creations by the kids who contributed to this event.

There was also a booth by Green Peace Philippines since the animated movie’s message is all about the environment and saving the trees is one of the themes. The event was hosted by GNN’s Suit Up girl Marybeth Nave who greeted the visitors with her bubbly personality.

Movie Review: Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol

Opening in theaters this week and the coming days ahead depending on your country, the fourth and latest installment of the Mission: Impossible movie series has arrived, and arguably tots more action and intensity than the regular movie buff can take. Once again starring the franchise's figurehead and producer Tom Cruise as agent Ethan Hunt, this blockbuster flick comes just as we're about to say goodbye to 2011, and it certainly brings with it a lot of expectations and excitement at its core. Directed by Brad Bird of Disney Pixar's The Incredibles fame, does this new sequel make the impossible possible once again? Find out as I go through the motions in this review.
