In modern times the sneakers has become part of the popular culture evolving to variety of colors and design. In 2011 Converse made collaboration with DC Comics to launch limited edition sneakers with variations based from the popular characters. |

Chuck Taylor All-Star became their iconic product and basketball shoes which were named after a well-known athlete who would possibly be the first to have his name on those sneakers. It was popularized by Converse and its the face of the brand. |
