Secret Fresh | The Hidden Fortress

The relevance of Street Art Culture has changed in the Philippines, and those who continue to stay true to their core to what they‘ve been from the start are truly genuine in nature. Trip63 has been supportive of the grassroots organizing events like the Meeting of Styles and representing communities like Pilipinas Street Plan. This low key visual artist shines and still carry that street smart, but humble demeanor often unnoticed and unappreciated for his contribution to the culture. But this time this is his spotlight through his sixth solo show for Secret Fresh who deserves every accolade being true to himself.

Meeting of Styles | Truth is Light

Meeting of Styles has been in a two-year hiatus during the pandemic. But with everything slowly going back to how it was before, the event as most known in the urban culture scenes is finally making it happen. There was a huge turnout at the parking grounds of Anonas in Quezon City, where the event happened. The gathering of the most talented visual artists that featured the young upstarts and the well-established ones converged to show up and paint their passionate artistic desires as MOS in the Philippines’ last day though it rained was a success.

POST Gallery | PSP X Anniversary

09.11.2016 – The street art community has never been this known if not for its creative way promoting the culture like the Pilipinas Street Plan can accomplish. For ten years they have been cultivating talent through grass roots and inspiring others. The journey continues with their tenth anniversary celebration at the POST gallery in Cubao X that began with Pablo gallery early in July of this year.

Secret Fresh | Letters From Manila

07.28.2016 – “Letters from Manila” is a group art show featuring the best graffiti artists creating their style through the customized “BRICK” art toy. Twenty eight individual works where on exhibit at the Secret Fresh Gallery. Besides the featured exhibit they also have the graffiti wall for the friends and graffiti artists who participated in expressing their thoughts. They leave their logos, names, and even a bit of vandalism that share their identity as an individual artist. It was the most celebrated part of the gallery and welcomed with great appreciation.

Walkway Visions: Elevated Street Art!

06.01.2014 – Walkways are rare routes you’ll find in the city, and the only place you can see it is in the back streets of Makati Central Business District. It’s those interconnecting elevated pathways that stretch along Legazpi Street. The elevated walkways back then was slowly being built connecting buildings and car parks into one route. These days several establishments started to open along the way and lights are no longer dim, which give you a nice view of the elevated street as an alternative route instead of taking the usual walk along Ayala Avenue…

Tunnel Visions: Ayala Underpass Mural Art Makeover!

05.21.2014 – It was raining on a Wednesday night past 10 PM you pass by the oldest underpass in Makati’s Central Business District. You thought it was a museum or an art gallery, but it’s actually just an underpass that had its most recent makeover. The talented individuals of graphic artists who where tasked to paint the ceilings and walls of the city’s underpass is at it again. If you missed the one connecting intersection of Ayala and Makati Avenue this one can’t be missed. The ceiling is so wide its enough to really catch your attention all that vibrant colors put together.
