KRE-O Star Trek Collection 2: Captain Kirk & Spock!

03.01.2015 – When “Star Trek Into Darkness” was set to shown in cinemas all over the world the fans were anticipating new merchandise related to JJ Abrams rebooted sequel to the 2009 blockbuster.

What fans didn’t expect was the toys previous line of action figures did not complete the additional parts to the bridge set, which was manufactured by Playmates Toys makers of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures instead they released Kre-O build sets!

10.16.2014 – There have been many brands out there after LEGO®, which pioneered the construction toys. But what made the popular brick is their Minifigures, and others have followed suit with their own versions. You’ve got Mega Bloks having their HALO and Call of Duty capitalizing in military with science fiction elements.

Then you have Kre-O which is manufactured by Korean company OxFord for Hasbro that brought you Transformers, Star Trek, Battleship and G.I. Joe. Among those mentioned G.I. Joe’s getting quite the attention with their Kreon blind packs…

KRE-O G.I. Joe Series 3 Micro Action Figures!

09.04.2014 – Hasbro’s building toy KRE-O has been popular lately with TransFormers themed sets and micro figures. The block form of your favourite Autobots and Decepticons look great putting together with creation & interactivity.

Now what if their building toy line expands to G.I. Joe? Of course this is just perfect as the brand hasn’t had this kind of product since the discontinuation of Built to Rule in 2005. Now Hasbro is also putting out a series of mystery bags for you to collect.

Toy Sightings: KRE-O Star Trek!

05.01.2013 – Early last year we reported that Hasbro has acquired the Star Trek license and revealed that they have plans to produce new Kre-O building toys with Korean toy maker OxFord. They are the same company who brought in Transformers, G.I. Joe, and Battleship for the Kre-O brand.

The new line was released in the Philippines over the weekend which featured the some of the familiar ships from the 2009 movie and some sets based from “Into Darkness” that are sometimes potential spoilers prior to the release of the film.
