Hal Jordan & the Green Lantern Corps #1 | Forged.

07.20.2016 – Hal Jordan is the greatest Green Lantern of all time, and he has been through a lot. Geoff Johns is one of the best writers in comics who breathe life to Hal Jordan following his fall out as Parallax and becoming The Spectre. Johns gave Hal Jordan his life back through the ‘Green Lantern: Rebirth’ series.

Geoff Johns is connected to Green Lantern as he wrote an entire run about them.

Not only did he write the stories for Hal Jordan, but also the entire world that is one part of the DC Universe and he became synonymous with it until his last story.

There has been writers who took over Johns has he got promoted to DC Comics to head out bigger things. Some new readers would probably go back to the previous books to find out what really happened to OA and the rest of the Green Lantern Corps.

Wonder Woman #1 | The Lies...

06.21.2016 – Wonder Woman is set to celebrate 75 years and the Amazon Princess is set to get her first solo film in 2017 as portrayed by Gal Gadot who already made her first screen debut in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” early this year.

Perhaps it was also what made that film something to cheer about. In the comicbooks DC has put a creative team post-DC Universe Rebirth that would clear things up about her origins. Greg Rucka and Liam Sharp were announced to be the creative team to handle the series with Frank Cho as their variant cover artist.

There’s optimism with everything DC Comics has been doing for the past month launching DCU Rebirth with Geoff John at the helm and bringing a promising creative team for Wonder Woman that surely making things slowly interesting as this is something new for those former and new readers to follow up on the adventure of Diana Prince and her friends.

The first few pages are stunningly impressive and Liam Sharp who is probably the right man to handle the art choirs...

Green Arrow #1 | The END

06.19.2016 – Benjamin Percy and Otto Schmidt has their hands full being the creative team to usher “Green Arrow #1” post-DC Universe Rebirth. For those who haven’t been reading about the comicbook series that inspired the CW show, this one is a great jumping point in reconnecting with the character.

What Oliver Queen is to this new series is not just some vigilante who uses a bow and arrow it’s about the life he’s going through while living as the protector of Seattle. After DCU Rebirth things are going back the way fans have gotten used to. Black Canary as per partner and love interest but with a fresh perspective.

The romance is there include the action and the interesting story which beings with “THE DEATH AND LIFE OF OLIVER QUEEN” Chapter One.

There are new challenges and Benjamin Percy takes inspiration from former writers of the series like Dennis O’Neil and Mike Grell, while trying to make the series his own is pretty much a huge pair of shoes to fill as the series writer.
