08.29.2013 – Singapore Toy Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) Media Preview was set Thursday early this morning at the Meeting Room at the Marina Bay Sands a far different from the last year’s venue. For this Media Preview CB Cebulski is back with Joe Madureira, Vampy Bit Me, Aza, Hideo Baba, and Army of Monkeys (J*Ryu, Angry Woebots and Luke Chueh) where present this morning for the media presentation.

Sony Pictures and Marvel continue their campaign to promote their upcoming reboot of the Spider-Man film series "The Amazing Spider-Man" with two new features that center on one Dr. Curt Connors... aka The Lizard!

Captain America 2 gets a release date!

Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios have officially announced a release date for their second Captain America film and follow up to Captain America: The First Avenger! The movie is set for an April 4, 2014 release, and will apparently see Steve Rogers as the star spangled avenger working alongside Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D in the present! No other specific details have been given, but the news broke out via Marvel's official Twitter page, and the news has been reposted in Comic Book Movie and Superherohype! Also above is the latest still featuring Chris Evans as Cap in his next appearance for this summer's upcoming superhero flick, The Avengers!

Catch Captain America 2 on 2014, but in the meantime, see The Avengers assemble in theaters this May 4!

TTT2 gets updated to Tekken Unlimited Tag Tournament 2

In a move that's sure to get Tekken fans burning up with excitement, Tekken Producer Katsuhiro Harada has tweeted and unveiled photos from the Japan AOU Amusement Show 2012 of the newest upgrade to the current Tekken game "Tekken Tag Tournmanent 2". Billed as "Tekken Unlimited Tag Tournament 2", the changes to the engine are just more than simply addressing balancing issues and tweaking the game aesthetically.

UPDATE: Behind the scenes "Star Trek" set photo online!

UPDATE: Enewsi confirmed that Robert Orci posted a behind the scenes picture from the FIRST Star Trek film, though the writer promises an official set photo from the second flick will be up soon.

Via Robert Orci's official Twitter page and Enewsi, the first official set photo of J.J. Abrams Star Trek Sequel is now online! Showing the director himself together with his cast and crew aboard the bridge of the U.S.S Enterprise, filming for the new Trek flick is underway, and is expected for release sometime in 2013! TDKR Viral Marketing Campaign: Operation: Early Bird

Straight out of the Twitter feed @thefirerises, a new clue for "The Dark Knight Rises" was unveiled, teasing something called "Operation: Early Bird" which starts at 10am PST and ties in to the previous two viral marketing files released by Wired and Empire.

First Look: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Roadblock in G.I.Joe: Retaliation!

Via his own Twitter page and a post by Enewsi, legendary professional wrestler and hollywood actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has posted what appears to be the very first "profile pic" look of his character "Roadblock" in the upcoming new live action G.I. Joe movie, G.I. Joe: Retaliation! Take a glimpse at what the Great One brings to his millions and millions of fans in this shot!

There you have it! The Rock all decked out with a Machine Gun as the Joes' Heavy Machine Gunner (and Chef), Roadblock! Marvel's Last "Fear" Teaser Poster, and A Big Announcement Coming Later Via Press Con!

Here it is... The last "Fear" poster released by Marvel Comics! The tagline, begging the question "Do You Fear... The Legacy You'll Leave Behind?", shows a squadron of Iron Men charging to battle, with the giant mugshot of Iron Man looming on the background. Obviously, this is interpreted as the legacy of Tony Stark and Iron Man falling into the hands of God knows who... and his technology gets replicated to become another weapon for the highest bidder. Whether this and the rest of the teasers becoming a reality or not is still not for certain, but Marvel is holding a press conference soon to make a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT on what this new project for April 2011 really is. Right now, stay tuned for more updates, and check out more details via the source post over at comic blogsite Newsarama!

On a side note, Marvel's own editor Joe Quesada just posted a link of this drawing on his Twitter, showing a nifty colored sketch of Ol' Shellhead in action, which is part of a cover to be revealed on said press conference! What could it be? We'll just have to wait and see!

After the cosmic superhero blockbuster tease that was the Green Lantern trailer, here comes another one in the form of the newest sci-fi western flick idea from the mind behind the Iron Man films! Via his Twitter and Yahoo! Movies, director Jon Favreau has debuted the first trailer of his next movie, Cowboys & Aliens! Check it out!

Cowboys and Aliens Poster Revealed!

Via his own Twitter and Yahoo! Movies, Iron Man director Jon Favreau has just revealed the first official poster for his upcoming 2011 flick, Cowboys and Aliens! The film, starring Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, and Sam Rockwell, is a sci-fi western that depicts Cowboys and Indians in the Old West who have to team up and face off an alien invasion bent on destroying their planet. Due for release on July 29 next year, this is looking pretty promising to watch!
