It’s been their identity that separates them from other brands that produce similar products for the last seventeen years. This year they entered into a new market where they introduced their Metals Die Cast series beginning with “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and followed it up with Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War. Here’s a closer look at Iron Man one of the main characters from their 6” inch series that also includes Captain America.

International Iron Man #1: A Stark Innovation!

03.18.2016 – Iron Man has become one of Marvel’s flagship titles since the movie jumpstarted their cinematic universe. For some its hardly possible to accept that the character is now synonymous with Robert Downey Jr, the actor who brought Tony Stark to life that’s being relevant now that “Captain America: Civil War” is just around the corner that everyone is so excited about. The comicbook however continue to expand the character’s narrative from the mind of Brian Michael Bendis with the impressive art by Alex Maleev. It’s rarely everyone would appreciate seeing Iron Man having more titles than one. This time its “International Iron Man” delving into the characters roots and the truth on who raised him has been one of the questions that was revealed during his time as a member of Guardians of the Galaxy. For most of this issue is a major flashback to his college days in London and rarely you’ll ever see a comicbook full of dialogue these days as compared to more action. It gives everyone the chance to look at a younger Tony Stark and how that personality hasn’t change when he was still hitting the books.

STGCC 2013: Play Imaginative's Super Alloy Series!

09.10.2013 – There was so many surprises during the first day of STGCC 2013 but out of the pack special launches tops them all. One of these brands made a definite attention to convention visitors and that is Play Imaginative. For this year they have expanded the Super Alloy Series not only for the DC characters but also acquiring the rights for Marvel as well in producing a new line of Iron Man action figures which was also makes this year’s STGCC deferred to having this sort of main theme for this year and that’s really screams at you when they opened those doors.

09.06.2013 – Last weekend Singapore, Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC) opened its doors for the sixth time since it was introduced in 2008. The multi genre convention dubbed “The Biggest Pop Culture Event in Asia” has more to be excited about this year’s theme. Marvel and Disney returns to STGCC promoting upcoming TV shows, cartoon and the future for the company that has been churning out movies left and right. But at the center of it was Iron Man 3 and Action City together with Hot Toys brought the Hall of Armor!

Indieket 2013: Filbar's Unveiled Pop Art Project!

08.11.2013 – Indieket’s one-day event could not be contained with new comics being sold as well as surprising launches exclusive for this event. Upon entering the Bayanihan Center a few tables you’ll see the bright lights on your left side. It was actually Filbar’s booth where they have unveiled a mini-exhibit of Funko Pop Vinyl toys featuring Iron Man as the base figure customized by NINE local artists into their characters that defined their individual creations. It was fully unveiled during the opening of the second annual Indieket which was met with inspirations and enthusiasm.

Today, April 24, Iron Man 3 opens in cinemas all over Metro Manila, so I thought that it would just be apt to blog about Iron Man - that and he's so much fun to Photoshop.

Please also note the attempt to try a different background and lighting.

To the uninitiated, this is the Iron Man Mark III armor. Marvel Legends released three Iron Men in this series, the classic yellow and red Iron Man Mark V Armor, a stealth version (Blue) Iron Man Mark V Armor, and this rare gold and horn-headed version, the Iron Man Mark III.

So this is actually an older version of an Iron Man armor. Marvel actually skipped the Iron Man Mark IV because that one had a nose and simply made him look silly.

But you can expect to wear the latest Iron Man 3 shirts courtesy of SM Boys’ Teens Department where they are currently having a contest.
